| LSSO's Former President Launches Legal Lean Sigma Institute. Join LSSO in congratulating Catherine Alman MacDonagh and Laura Colcord for the formation of a new consulting firm! Given the explosive growth of process improvement in the legal profession, Catherine and Laura have launched the Legal Lean Sigma Institute . Catherine and Laura co-developed the highly successful Legal Lean Sigma certification courses originally provided by LSSO for several years. LSSO will continue to focus on sales and service excellence. You can count on LSSO to maintain our first-to-market position in these areas. LSSO will continue creating and delivering the kind of forward thinking, "what's next," leading-edge programs and content for the legal profession, such as LSSO's RainDance Conference (June 5 & 6, 2012), the Thomas H. LSSO is pleased to announce the addition of Kim Gendron as Executive Director! Prior to joining LSSO, Kim made her mark as a Marketing/Brand Manager with much success at companies including Welch’s, Gorton’s, Coca-Cola Enterprise and Veryfine Products. Kim, a Mullen Advertising alumnus, also brings public and corporate communications experience to the LSSO team. Kim’s charter will be to evolve the benefits LSSO offers to members and the marketplace. This includes having an integral role in the planning of LSSO’s RainDance Conference. She will continue to raise the bar and supply the legal marketplace with cutting edge events and resources.
